This program is designed for individuals who need a kick start (or reboot) to a healthy and active lifestyle – and could use a welcoming, kind, judgment free, private atmosphere to get the ball rolling. This program includes general nutrition coaching, accountability, two weekly personal training sessions, education, accountability, support and tons of FUN!

All provided by our down-to-earth, knowledgeable, eager-to-help training team.

This is NOT a ‘challenge’ or a ‘quick fix’ program. This program is designed to get you on track towards your goals and foster independence and personal empowerment as you gain confidence, strength, energy, and knowledge to carry on for a LIFE TIME!!


Your 90 Day Brave Journey



In the first 30 days of the program we will dig into your current lifestyle, habits, and routines and find ways that we can introduce more activity as well as opportunities to swap in healthier habits.

During this period you will also gain proficiency in basic movement patterns so as to progress your workouts safely and efficiently.

Clients will be working out with their trainer 2x per week for 30-45 minutes and will have additional homework assigned through our client app.

Clients will also begin tracking their food in MyFitnessPal and gain an understanding for caloric needs, as well as follow a customized macronutrient breakdown.



Days 31-60 build on the foundation set in the first 30 days, and exercise/nutrition begin to become more habitual and automatic.

This is also when you’ll see your body changing more and where you’ll experience increased confidence in your workouts and in life!

Clients continue to workout with their trainer 2x per week but may see an increase in homework assignments as their capacity and tolerance for activity continues to grow. The trainer will also be building on the educational component to discuss different training variables and how to maximize workouts.

Food tracking will continue, and be adjusted as needed to keep up with changes in body composition, BMR, and activity level.



In the final 30 days you will be feeling like a new person (assuming you followed your program)!

Energy, health, confidence, and physical abilities will have marked improvements – and clients should be thinking about their plans to continue their new healthy, active lifestyle once the program ends.

Trainers will help clients tune into greater self-awareness for self-monitoring once they complete the program, as well as help them formulate a plan for continuity.

Clients can certainly continue in a traditional program with their trainer if availability allows.

Otherwise this phase is intended to foster client independence and make a plan going forward.

How to Get Started


Tell us a little more about you and why you would like to be a part of this program.  We want to know your fitness goals and challenges, as well as your level of commitment to change.



Within 48 hours of submitting your application, one of our trainers will reach out to you to gather more information and answer any of your burning questions.


Only 10 applicants can be allowed into the program each round.  Admission decisions will be made within one week of the discovery call and applicants will be notified accordingly.


Once accepted into the program, your in-personl 60-minute in depth consultation and fitness assessment will be scheduled, you will gain access to our training app, and start preparing to hit the ground running!
