Once I left high school and entered college, the weight
room became a lot bigger aspect of my day-to-day routine with being a student athlete playing baseball
and football. I couldn’t ask for a better place to hang out on a consistent basis!
As I was going through my degree, I had an opportunity to become a strength and conditioning intern at UW-River Falls. It was one of the best opportunities to learn from one of the best strength coaches the Midwest could offer.
As I left the college athletics scene I turned towards personal training, as I primarily coached college
athletes for the first couple of years of my coaching career.
A lot of my personal training foundations come from a strength and conditioning background. Along
with believing everyone should be able to learn how to incorporate some sort of daily movement and
healthy foods into their everyday routines to live a healthy lifestyle.
If I am not in the weight room, you can find me riding my snowboard in the winter or walking golf
courses in the summer months.
