Small Group Personal Training provides an AWESOME and FUN total body workout with the support and camaraderie of a group.
Class sizes are capped at 8 participants to allow for a personalized approach.
These workouts will challenge participants in strength training utilizing a variety of formats and equipment including dumbbells, medicine balls, free weights, cable machines, and more!
You will always have an option to increase intensity, or otherwise modify to meet your needs.
These workouts are perfect for you if you have a hard time getting your workouts in on your own, want to get stronger, and aren’t quite sure if personal training is right for you.
