I help women get past the fad/crash diets and the feeling that they’re never going to be able to “get rid of this belly fat”, “have a strong core because I had a C-section”, “lose weight”, “have time to workout”, “get my diet right”, etc….
These are all things I’ve heard over and over in my career. But I am here to tell, actually to PROMISE you, that with the proper program for your specific body, lifestyle, and fitness level, we ABSOLUTELY CAN get you to your best-ever shape!
I understand the uncomfortable feeling of going into the gym and wanting to lose some weight, but not knowing what to do or where to start. So I strive to make the gym a safe and nonjudgmental place to better ourselves together! I want my clients to have fun during every part of their journey to their best self and to feel comfortable in the private environment that Success provides. I also strive to educate my clients so they can carry their fitness skills with them for a lifetime!

When I’m not in the gym with clients or doing my own workouts, I love spending time with my wife, Caitlin! We also enjoy volunteering together at our church. If I’m not with Caitlin, at church, or working out, you can likely find me digging into my current course curriculum, building programs for clients, or keeping up with the latest research in fitness and nutrition.
