About the Program
Recreational Youth Weight Training is a program for youth ages 12-16 who are looking for an alternative or supplement to traditional youth athletic programs.
GAIN NEW SKILLS
Students will learn the ins and outs of weight lifting: form on traditional lifts, proper lifting techniques, gym etiquette, safe progressions, various uses of common equipment, and much more. All while improving strength, endurance, and overall health.
Success Fitness follows all MDH and CDC guidelines to offer a safe and controlled environment to our clients and team. Capacity limits, strict disinfecting protocols, and social distancing are just a few of our protocols.Learn more >>>
