About the Program

Recreational Youth Weight Training is a program for youth ages 12-16 who are looking for an alternative or supplement to traditional youth athletic programs.

Students will learn the ins and outs of weight lifting: form on traditional lifts, proper lifting techniques, gym etiquette, safe progressions, various uses of common equipment, and much more.  All while improving strength, endurance, and overall health.

Students will gain confidence through greater health and fitness, but also the confidence to use other gyms and equipment in the future.

All with the goal of promoting longterm healthy and active lifestyles!

Success Fitness follows all MDH and CDC guidelines to offer a safe and controlled environment to our clients and team.  Capacity limits, strict disinfecting protocols, and social distancing are just a few of our protocols.

Is This Program Right for MY Child?

Who is this program designed for?

This is a great option for students on a hybrid or homeschool model that are looking for a physical education solution for the school year.

If your child is not interested in specific sports, this is a great way for them to stay active and learn new skills.

This year is unlike any other with seasonal sports.  If your childs’ sport is delayed or has limited practices, this is a great supplement to keep them active and strong in the mean time.

If you are simply looking for a healthy activity for your child; to get out of the house, have some social interaction, and develop healthy habits, this is it!
