We specialize in private training expertly designed for YOU, but that doesn’t mean you can’t share that experience with others!  Some people don’t like training alone, and thus we bring you Semi-Private Training!

What is Semi-Private Training?

All the perks of personal training, but with the commeraderie of a small group!  Workouts are 45 minutes in length, programmed for YOU, and your program includes access to the Success Training App, Success on Demand, guided, scheduled sessions with your coach, nutrition guidance, accountability, encouragement, and progress tracking.

Small group for focused attention.  May not be the same group every session.

Semi Private Program:

Semi-Private Training is offered as a monthly program that participants can attend up to 4x/week.  Subscription is month-to-month with no longterm contract, however, we offer a discounted package if clients commit to 3 months.

HOW DOES SCHEDULING WORK?

There will be designated morning, midday, and evening training times.  As a brand new program offering, the initial time slots will be determined by the preferences of early adopters. Once times are set, you can attend when it works best for you.  More time slots will be added as needed.

WILL I TRAIN WITH THE SAME PEOPLE?

Yes and no.  It’s likely that clients in this program will gravitate towards certain time slots, however it’s also even more likely that life is crazy and unpredictable so clients may hop around to different training times.  Sometimes you’ll see the same group of friends, and sometimes you’ll make new friends! How fun!

IS THIS LIKE FITNESS CLASSES?

NO!  In this program you will have and achieve goals through accountability and customized programming.  You will have a trainer who will be tracking your progress, checking in with you, and providing nutritional guidance (within their scope).  This program is a commitment.  If you’re looking for more casual fitness classes we have some great community partners we refer to!  (Referral Page Coming Soon!)

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO THE PROGRAM?

Well that’s a loaded question… but the short answer is: 1 month.  At Success, we believe that people matter and life happens.  So we won’t tie you to long-term contracts. Ever.  BUT, you should commit to YOU for a minimum of 3 months with any lifestyle change.  Permanent change doesn’t happen overnight.  It requires hard work and consistency.  Another great question would be “How long are you willing to commit to yourself?”
