SMALL CLASS SIZES

Each 8 week session is limited to 8 participants to allow for a more individualized experience as well as safe progressions of key concepts.

SESSION LENGTH

Each session is 8 weeks long with 1 60-minute class per week.  A new session is offered each fall, winter, spring, and summer.

PROGRESSIVE PROGRAM

This course is progressive from one week to the next.  Participants should plan to attend all classes in the session and drop-ins will not be allowed.

TOTAL BODY MOBILITY

This course works from head to toe teaching you how to address imobility wherever it may lie.  Clients should plan to come ready to work and ready to learn.  Note taking is encouraged!  

Fall Session Starts September 21st!

Wednesdays, 7-8pm

Fall 2022 session runs 9/21 to 11/9.  Classes are held on Wednesdays from 7-8pm at our Maplewood location.

ATTENDANCE

This is a progressive course so you will get the most out of it if you are able to attend all 8 weeks of the course.  No make ups or refunds will be offered for missed sessions.  Drop ins will not be allowed.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

All tools needed for class will be provided, however, if you would like to practice at home (which is strongly recommended) we suggest investing in a foam roller (Rumble Roller is Tom’s favorite) as well as a medium resistance super band.  

*You will have the option to purchase the recommended items when you register. 

MEET THE COACH

Success Coach, Tom Lazorik, will be leading this mobility course.  Tom is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and has earned advanced training certifications in mobility and MMA training modalities.
