- You are not comfortable in a group setting
- You can only train at very specific times
- You have specific needs which require one-on-one attention

STEP 3: If you have made it this far, our Virtual Group Training is the best fit for you! Here is what you need to do next:

- Register for your first workout, using code: FIRST-FREE
- Watch for your welcome email and instructions (and follow the instructions…)
- Attend your first workout, get sweaty, feel AWESOME, tell all your friends… THEN…
- Choose between the following options:
- Of course, you can always drop in for $10, but who doesn’t like saving money? And let’s face it… you want to come back AT LEAST 5 times!
