STEP 2: 1-on-1 Training? Or Group Training?

1-on-1 Training is the better fit for you if any of the following apply:

  1. You are not comfortable in a group setting
  2. You can only train at very specific times
  3. You have specific needs which require one-on-one attention

A trainer will contact you within 6 hours to schedule your complimentary consultation!

STEP 3: If you have made it this far, our Virtual Group Training is the best fit for you! Here is what you need to do next:

NEXT STEPS TO STAY STRONG AND SANE DURING QUARANTINE:

  1. Check out the GROUP WORKOUT SCHEDULE
  2. Register for your first workout, using code: FIRST-FREE
  3. Watch for your welcome email and instructions (and follow the instructions…)
  4. Attend your first workout, get sweaty, feel AWESOME, tell all your friends… THEN…
  5. Choose between the following options:
    • 10 Pack of Workouts: $80 (save $20): BUY NOW
    • UNLIMITED WORKOUTS for a month: $99: BUY NOW
    • Of course, you can always drop in for $10, but who doesn’t like saving money? And let’s face it… you want to come back AT LEAST 5 times!
