About Grace:

My name is Grace Rasmussen, and I’m the owner of Success Fitness & Training Center and the Executive Director of the SHE Shed.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years with one mission: to normalize health and help people live fully—strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Success Fitness was founded in 2001, and in 2019—just before the world shut down—I had the opportunity to take it over and lead it into its next chapter. I’ve poured my heart, soul, and experience into making it a place where people feel supported, empowered, and capable of real, lasting change.

I have the immense privilege of leading a team of incredible coaches and staff who share this mission, and together, we support a diverse community of people who show up not to impress—but to improve.

In high school and college, I struggled with recurring health issues that traditional Western medicine couldn’t explain or fix. I refused to be labeled or treated like a victim, so I took matters into my own hands. I learned how to support and heal my body naturally—and I’ve now been symptom-free for over a decade.

That personal journey laid the foundation for how I coach. Over the years, I’ve pursued education through multiple national certifying organizations and studied under pioneers in functional movement and corrective training. My specialty is helping people reconnect with their bodies from the inside out.

I focus heavily on correcting core dysfunctions—like diastasis recti, pelvic pain, low back pain, movement imbalances, and leakage. In 2022, I launched my own functional core training workshop and have since developed a full protocol, now one of my most focused service offerings and biggest passions.

I’m a domestic violence survivor, a single mom, and a relentless believer in human potential. I have two beautiful daughters (that’s me and my oldest in this picture), and my mission is to show them what it means to love themselves, challenge themselves, and believe that—with grit, good intentions, and hard work—anything is possible. But more than that, I want them to know that we must give, contribute, serve, and do everything we can to lift up others and leave the world better than we found it.

If you're ready to do the work, I’m here to walk with you—every step of the way.
