    • Up to 4, 8, or 12 personal training sessions per month depending on subscription level.

    • Full access gym membership

    • Full app access for programming, tracking, and communication

    • Ongoing coaching support between sessions

    Up to 4 sessions per month:

    • 45 minute sessions: $350/month

    • 60 minute sessions: $400/month

    Up to 8 sessions per month:

    • 45 minute sessions: $650/month

    • 60 minute sessions: $750/month

    Up to 12 sessions per month:

    • 45 minute sessions: $900/month
