Hi, I’m Tom—

And yes, I’m probably the only trainer you’ll ever meet who sometimes shows up to work in a crop top or other eccentric outfit. I believe fitness should be equal parts serious and fun (because it IS!), and that’s exactly how I coach: a mix of science, sweat, and a little silliness.

I’ve been obsessed with health and fitness since I was 10 years old.

What started as trying to keep up with my older brother in the weight room snowballed into a lifelong pursuit: learning everything I can about the human body, movement, and how to build strength from the inside out.

Along the way, I wrestled, pole-vaulted, performed at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, double-majored in Communications and Film, and eventually earned my certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. (Because why not pack in a few detours on the road to doing what I love most?)

I specialize in mobility and flexibility training, bodybuilding, and martial arts conditioning—but my real specialty is meeting you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re an athlete, a beginner, young, old, stiff, or super flexible, my job is to make fitness work for you. I’ll push you, but I’ll also keep it fun and real. I’m warm, approachable, and fully committed to making sure you walk away from every session feeling stronger and more confident than before.

I live and breathe this stuff—I train daily, study muscle anatomy, dive into the latest (and not-so-latest) fitness media, and nerd out on everything from injury prevention to nutrition. I’ve failed and learned more times than I can count, and I share that openly with my clients, because I know firsthand that mistakes are where the biggest growth happens.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me on the mats at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hosting our podcast, or walking my high-energy Vizsla, Bodhi. And if I’m not moving, I’m probably at the movies (film nerd here—AMC A-List member and proud of it).

At the end of the day, I’m here to make fitness something you want to do—not just something you “should” do. If you’re ready to build strength, mobility, and confidence (with a little laughter mixed in), LET’S GO!!!

Train with Tom

Tom is in high demand and keeps a very full schedule. His training hours are Monday–Friday, 12 PM–8 PM, but availability is extremely limited.

Rates:

  • Initial Consultation: $100

  • Ongoing Sessions: $115/hour
