Each 60-minute session is led by a trainer and covers the essentials: equipment names, how to load a bar, standard bar weights, safety and etiquette, common machine adjustments and attachments, navigating multi-use equipment, planning your workouts, and — perhaps most importantly — how to take up space and own it.
Sessions follow a structured outline but remain open to participant questions, making every workshop as relevant as the people in the room.
